The Federal Aviation Administration has ruled that any drone operating in any aspect of the continuation of a business must be flown by a person holding a part 107 drone license. The penalties are severe (starting at $25,000 per violation) and administered not only to the unlicensed pilot flying, but the business who hired that pilot as well.
